By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered by Jazelle Blessings, @jazelle_blessings (Instagram), @jazelleblessed(twitter) AngelicGuidancewithJazelleBlessings(Facebook) or jazelle622.wix.com/jazelleblessings(website) and/or communicating with Jazelle Blessings in any way you are agreeing that you have read this legal disclaimer and terms of service. You also agree that you understand and are willingly entering into, accepting and agreeing with the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. Any communication, information or consultation with Jazelle Blessings is for spiritual, educational and/or entertainment purposes only.

4. No Angel Reading or Session given by Jazelle Blessings is intended for, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: legal, medical, business, financial and/or psychological.

5. Jazelle Blessings and Angelic Guidance with Jazelle Blessings accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on her/his session/reading with/from Jazelle Blessings.

6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Jazelle Blessings and Angelic Guidance with Jazelle Blessings, their relatives, heirs, assignees or agents in perpetuity and throughout all known or unknown universes.

7. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not display, post, share, publish, display and/or distribute and/or archive any photo, content, material, etc. without express written permission from Jazelle Blessings, Owner and Publisher.

8. Social Media: You may share my videos, posts and content on appropriate social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc. ) as long as appropriate acknowledgement is given.

9. Payment Policies:

* Readings are paid for and scheduled in advance.

* Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and with a 48 hour notice. ( or you may contact Jazelle to reschedule for a different date and time)

* Any session cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than 48 hour notice given is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. (If you are unable to or do not wish to reschedule for a later date or time)

10. All Services offered by Jazelle Blessings and Angelic Guidance with Jazelle Blessings are for entertainment purposes only.

11. You have had the opportunity to and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
